Probably 4 times that amount. You could put it over romaine and make a nice salad out of it -- a salad with lots of toppings, but the toppings are just all mixed into the quinoa already. Or you can do what my husband does and drizzle some balsamic vinegar over the top. :) Also, serving it as a side dish would be awesome too!
